Warranty Duration

This workmanship warranty is valid for a period of 5 years from the original date of installation.

What’s Covered

This warranty includes, but is not limited to, the following issues resulting from improper installation:

1. Leaks at seams, corners, or joints

2. Water overflow due to incorrect gutter pitch

3. Sagging or improperly secured gutters or downspouts

4. Water spilling over the edge due to misalignment

5. Any other defects caused by faulty installation

All such issues will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

To avoid confusion, this warranty does not cover:

1. Clogged gutters due to debris, leaves, or nesting animals

2. Damage caused by hail, heavy snow, ice, or other natural disasters

3. Water damage due to roof design or structure unrelated to gutter function

4. Any damage resulting from a lack of maintenance

5. Alterations or repairs made by any party other than our authorized team

6. Structural shifts in the property affecting gutter performance

7. External force damage, such as from ladders or tools leaning against the system

Maintenance Requirements

To keep this warranty valid, gutters must be properly maintained during the warranty period. This includes:

1. Routine gutter cleanings at least twice per year (recommended: spring and fall)

2. Immediate removal of visible blockages or obstructions

3. Ensuring no unauthorized modifications are made to the system

4. Failure to perform regular maintenance may void this warranty.
